FRIDAY PHOTO FLASHBACK

I started "Friday Photo Flashback" because I have so many pictures from my PRE-digital camera days. I thought it would be fun to scan them and share them here with you. I'm having so much fun doing this, that I would love for you to join me, too! So dig out the photo albums and put your scanner to good use! Don't forget to sign in to MckLinky so we can all visit and comment on each others blogs!

1995

When I look back at this picture, all it makes me think of is when I had my hair "colored" (not knowing it was going to turn out so bright)! My husband worked with this guy who had a friend who did hair. Well, I totally put my trust in this person, and I came out looking like a punk rocker! I know, not really, but that's how I felt! So, here we were, back in the day, before kids, and no worries. We would just go on random bike rides! Thanks to my mother in-law for taking this picture!!!

I also wanted to apologize for my absence on my blog lately. I have been EXTREMELY busy with my kids new school schedule (update coming soon, I promise!)

I'm also linking up with Amanda @Parenting by Dummies since we have similar Friday meme's! You will enjoy her blog, and also love seeing pictures of her beautiful kids! You can also link up on her blog too! So, I encourage you to go, and make new bloggy friends!

Hi Girlfriend, I was wondering where you were. Hope everything is all settled with the kids. I remember when I was 16/17 I went to beauty school, and we all experimented on each other's hair. We tried to go from brunette to blonde & mine turned out a nice funky GREEN color! YUK! Have a good one!

You still look very cute Alicia! It's amazing what we put our hair through, isn't it?

I'm glad to hear you are OK; just busy with the new school year.

Blessings and love,
Debbie

I have not been brave enough to try any coloring, highlights, etc! :o)
From this photo, your hair color doesnt look too bright. It looks like it has "auburn tones".

Happy to hear that all is well! You do great with your blog posts...I am happy if I can get my one post up a week ! haha

Blessings & Aloha!

What? I'm not the only person adjusting to the newness of having kids in school? ;)

Love the lush green in this photo, and as always, the memories that go along with it.

I have been wondering where you were, but I knew you would have a good reason for being gone. Kids and family first, huh?

Sometimes with women over the years it's all about how the hair has changed. :-)

Love the hair. I shouldn't talk, last month I colored my hair and had no idea that sun damaged hair really absorbs color. I looked gothic for a week. Who knew?

Bright? That is the color of my hair now. LOL I love the redish look.

I love the reddish look. I always feel that we Asians look better with reddish/brownish hair than black.
