LADIES' SPRING TEA

Our church had their Ladies' Spring Tea on Saturday, so I decided to take my daughter Miranda with me. My friend, Mariela, hosted a table and she asked me a few weeks ago if we wanted to sit at her table. I was like, "Of course!" I knew it was going to be a great afternoon with good "tea food", fellowship, worship, and an awesome speaker. The theme of the tea was Psalm 63!!

"Our table." My friend Mariela is to my right.

I took this picture specifically for Lisa @ Mama's Smitten. Do you see the lady sitting down in front of me? That is her MOM!! Her aunt and cousin go to my church! I told her mom that now she can tell Lisa that I'm not a stalker..LOL! So, don't worry, girl, you won't have to wonder if I'm psycho when we meet for dinner! I'm a real person!! :)

  12. Wow, everything looks so nice and the food.... SO GOOD!!!

Looks like you had a great time. I have been in a tea party once. We went with a church that took all the missionary ladies there (I was one of those ladies). It was so nice and so much fun!

I need to ask them where it was for when I go back to the States. I really need to go there.... great you got me thinking about and I need to wait at least a couple more years.... ;)

  19. Wow now that looks so lovely! It´s a bit of reverse culture shock for me, way out here in Spain. There are few churches big enough to do something like a ladies Tea.

Thanks for sharing.. great ideas for when we do have some ladies!
