HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!

Our church is having their annual 4th of July picnic at the park. My two older kids are camping with their friends, and I'm sure they are having a BLAST! In the evening, we usually meet up with some friends and watch the fireworks downtown. Not sure if we're doing that again this year since it takes forever to get out of the parking lot!

I wanted to share some pictures of previous 4th of July's! Not sure what happened to 2006, but we must have been out of town that year!

2005-We're getting ready to go to the picnic. Look how small they are! Veronica was wearing the infamous Gymboree Stars & Stripes dress! She is only 1 1/2 years old here!

2007-I didn't dress her in the "4th of July" attire, but she was sportin' her big bows, like always!!!

2008-My oldest son will say, "Why did you post this picture of me???" LOL..sorry son, but this is a group picture, and I love it (even though you totally needed a haircut).

I hope you all enjoy your weekend!

  15. How cute your kids are. Especially Veronica. I love the big bows.

My son is camping with friends this weekend too. He's never been camping on the 4th before. I hope they get to see some great fireworks down at the ocean campground.

So you've seen my tent post. It's still a bunch of PVC pipe that needs work. It tipped over again. I'm LOL! We'll get er done.

    Happy 4th of July!!

  21. I just love seeing your kids Alicia! They are so cute. I can't even stand it! I know what you mean about the parking lot. It is crazy hectic at the actual fireworks parking. We always park up on a hill at an old church and sit in the graveyard. A little spooky, but a wonderful drive home is worth the spook. Last night we saw tons of bats!: )
