36/52 PICTURES OF ME

I'm participating in a year long challenge, created by Carin at Forever In Blue Jeans. The goal is to be in one picture a week, for 52 weeks. Since us moms are always behind the camera, this gives us a chance to get out in front and be in the pictures with our family. So, click here if you want to join in on the fun!

This was the first time I actually used the self timer on my camera. I love it!! I can't wait to take better pictures with me in it..lol.

  1. You both look so sweet. :) You should always be in front of the camera, don't hide that pretty smile. :)

  3. That's awesome! I've only used the self timer a couple of times-one was when we were at the mountains and I wanted a family picture. It was difficult to get the levels right and centered so you could see all of us. :) You got a great result though!

  9. Hi, Alicia.

You all look beautiful. I was trying to use the timer to take the pictures for our Christmas card. I figured it out OK but we took 50 pictures in an hour and with the bunch of us didn't get one shot with everyone looking! Maybe next year.

  21. Sometimes those self timers can be tricky with the focus. Do you have a point and shoot or a SLR? If you have an SLR it sometimes helps to cover up the view finder.

You look great though. I wish I could remember to take a picture of myself. It really isn't something I think about.
