After seeing all these cookies being baked on so many of your blogs, I got the itch to do homemade chocolate chip cookies too! This time, though, I added mint chips as well. I LOVE mint and chocolate chip together!
My three little ones were more than eager to help, and all I had to do was designate who was doing what. This way, it cuts down on all the fighting and whining.
I'm a copycat, and had to take a picture of some of the ingredients I was using (like everyone else does).

I used the good ole' Nestle Toll House Cookie mix on the bag plus my mint chips.

Yes, I know, I skipped a few steps, but here they are!!! They were all gone that night! And if you notice they are semi-flat. I need new baking soda! But, they were so good!

We used to be able to find Nestle Mint Chocolate Chips but no more. The chips you have are...green?! Cool! I know some who use Andes mints.
