I thought I'd share a picture from my wedding day! This was our cake/gift table, and I love how our photographer added some my personal effects to this shot! Our cake topper was given to us by my mother in-law. She collects Precious Moments. That was also my wedding bouquet, the shoes I was wearing (I know, I have big feet), and my pearl necklace. And don't worry, the shoes didn't touch the cake..hehe. And that is my nephew in the background (peeking in the window).We had a small wedding, just our closest friends and family, but it was special and beautiful!
FUN FACT: On this day, May 28, 1988, we "officially" became boyfriend and girlfriend!
I like the special touches...what a nice shot for the scrapbook! :)

ReplyDeleteI love Precious Moments and I just sent a drawing order of this very same Precious Moments bride and groom to a long-time, repeat customer, who has given one of these drawings to each of his friends weddings since his first one in 1993! He says it is his "signature" gift! haha
