Peter's Bakery

Did you see my post yesterday about my finger?

Well, before my doc appointment that morning, I made a quick stop to one of my favorite bakeries, "Peter's Bakery." They are known for their burnt almond cakes, and I have been totally craving for one!

Of course, I had to pick up this eclair for my husband since it is his favorite!

And here is their famous burnt almond cake. It's super moist, and melts in your mouth!  And it's not too sweet at all.
