I'm participating in a year long challenge, created by Carin at Forever In Blue Jeans. The goal is to be in one picture a week, for 52 weeks. Since us moms are always behind the camera, this gives us a chance to get out in front and be in the pictures with our family. So, click here if you want to join in on the fun!My, oh my!! Last Saturday, my friend's son got married. They are a young couple, but they have the Lord, and you know with the Lord, you can make it through anything!
I remember when we first met, her son was only 11 years old, and now he's a married man! Her husband married them at their church, and I don't know if there was a dry eye in there. It made me realize how fast kids grow up. I couldn't help but imagine that being one of my kids one day.
The sweetest part of the reception was when he sang a song that he made her a couple of years ago.
I know this isn't very clear, but I had my camera on super zoom!
And that his mom on the far left, our other friend Lisa, and then myself.

woo hoo...only one more. It feels good to be so close. Great picture of three very pretty ladies. Wow his mom is young! Weddings are so fun.

good for you, it is so hard to get out from behind the camera, i want the picture taken just right and then sometimes i dissappoint myself with a bad photo. Speaking of getting in the photo's I need to get back on my diet, Denise is doing so well losing weight and I can see I have found it....not liking that at all.
I like the canopy, it is unique.

The picture isn't clear but I can tell the wedding was beautiful. I love weddings, especially when you know the couple has a strong faith.

How are you doing this? I just can't find anything to take pictures of and I feel stupid taking pictures of us doing the same old/same old for a year. Also, it feels so weird to put myself in front of the camera all the time...so, how have you made it almost a year!?
