FEELS LIKE A LONG DAY!

I woke up this morning and realized that I had scheduled my Wordless Wednesday post for today! Okay, I'm getting a little too ahead of myself, or getting a little too excited about posting! Anywho, my in-laws got in last night, and we went out to dinner with them at their favorite restaurant, and also exchanged Christmas gifts with them!

Veronica being silly for papa & grandma before we went out to eat.
Miranda hamming it up for the camera again! This was at the restaurant.
This morning, my mother in-law and I took the three little ones to Cal Skate and it was great because one of our friends met us there with his kids, plus they had a craft going on! When it was time to go, my boys could not find their shoes for anything! We finally came to the conclusion that someone took it by accident. Well, thank goodness, the manager called us shortly after we got home and told us they found them in a totally different area where we left them! I'm so glad the roller skating rink is very close to where we live! Anyway, after we picked them up, the three little ones & I went to Costco and stocked up! I love it there! I was THIS CLOSE to getting them the Guitar Hero for their Wii, but they said they didn't care about it...LOL. Of course, we get home and my older kids were like, "Whaaaaatttttttt???????" Oh well, you snooze, you lose! I'm sure if they were with us I would have bought it.

My camera takes sucky pictures inside of there! Here is Veronica with my mother in law at the skating rink.

The craft table. I have no idea what they ended up making! It looked like a fur ball with antennas! I don't even think they took it home with them..lol.
They do love arts & crafts!
He was like, "What am I supposed to do???"Photobucket

ANOTHER SKATING PARTY!

Last night was my two older kids end of season soccer party. My husband coaches my sons team, and his assistant coach is my daughters head coach on her team. Confusing? The majority of the boys were out of town so only a few of them showed up. But, that's okay because my husband gave them their trophy's at their last game. We had it at the roller skating rink, and the kids always have a good time when we go! I'm so glad we started taking our kids skating when they were little because there are so many kids that do not know how to skate! I remember going to the same roller rink when I was their age and the place is exactly the same! It's awesome to see them experience the same things that I did, and to have their own special memories for when they get older. I didn't skate this time, but that was fine with me because I'd rather take the pictures! It is good exercise though!! We're supposed to go back in a couple of weeks with some of our other friends, so I'm sure I will have to skate then..lol. It was a very busy and fun day/night, but I will always make time to blog about it!!

Waiting in line to get in! The boy in the purple is my son's good friend from church. He's hilarious!
My baby skating away!
Snack break! If you click on this picture, you can read what's on my daughter's jacket! Oh..and she always makes these off the wall faces when I take her picture! So frustrating sometimes..lol.

BOUNCE, ROCK, SKATE!!!

My kids love roller skating!! I'm actually surprised at how many kids their age have never been to a skating rink or even know how to roller skate!! When I was in middle school, we would always go there for field trips, b-day parties, etc! I'm glad that they have kept the place up and that it still has that "family" atmosphere.

It was my two youngest kids "end of year soccer party" this morning, and they were excited to go skating! My sister-in-law coaches both of their teams, so each of their teams were there. They got their trophy's plus an extra treat from "Coach Lisa." Man, I wish I was a kid on their team..lol. And to top off an already exciting day for them, she took my kids to the movies to see Madagascar! So, they're all gone, and this gives me time to blog (lol), and just enjoy a very quiet house!

My boyz!
She loves wearing this shirt! LOL
