Here is my cute little husband when he was just four years old! I thought he was a baby here, but he said, "I'm not even wearing a diaper!" Either way, I think he looks adorable!!

1900's!!!!

I'm not sure exactly what year this was taken, but you can tell just by how old this photo looks, that it was taken many, many years ago!

This is my great grandma (on my mom's side of the family), so I will assume this was taken around the 1930's since my grandpa was born in 1920!! My aunt just emailed this to me because my grandma reproduced this picture (not exactly sure what that means though).

But, I love these sepia photos. They are so vintage, and priceless! I'm glad that I have it on my computer now!

However, this is our friends pit bull puppy, and he was very, very sweet. I've never pet a pit bull till now, and it was a little intimidating to say the least. My husband loved playing with him, and so did my oldest daughter, but I don't think I could be that comfortable playing tug of war with him like they did!

CHEVY'S FIELD TRIP ROCKS!

The week before my kids started school, we were able to take one last field trip with our friends to Chevy's Fresh Mex Restaurant. I've been wanting to do this one for awhile, so I was glad we finally had one planned!

They do it before the restaurant opens to the public, and what they do is give a tour of the kitchen, show where everything is stored, and how they make certain foods.

They even feed you at the end, and the best part is that it's all FREE!!!!

1995

When I look back at this picture, all it makes me think of is when I had my hair "colored" (not knowing it was going to turn out so bright)! My husband worked with this guy who had a friend who did hair. Well, I totally put my trust in this person, and I came out looking like a punk rocker! I know, not really, but that's how I felt! So, here we were, back in the day, before kids, and no worries. We would just go on random bike rides! Thanks to my mother in-law for taking this picture!!!

I also wanted to apologize for my absence on my blog lately. I have been EXTREMELY busy with my kids new school schedule (update coming soon, I promise!)

1971-1972

This time, I want to share a baby picture of my husband. I think this is one of my all time favorites of him! He was so adorable!! I'm assuming he wasn't walking yet, so this was probably around 1971-1972. I just love those red overalls! And look the car in the background!

May 2001

We lived in Hawaii in 2001. My husband was working for my brother-in-law at the time, building custom homes. We were also new Christians, and this was my first "Women's Tea" that I ever attended. It was beautiful how it was all set up, and I wish that I had taken more pictures back then.

However, the one memory that stands out from this day is with my daughter Miranda. I didn't think of feeding her breakfast that morning because the tea was at 9am. Little did I know that there would be a speaker first, and we wouldn't eat till about 10:30. Well, when it finally came time for us to get our food, she was not interested in any of it. I guess I don't blame her. I'm sure that tuna or chicken salad sandwiches weren't too appealing on an empty stomach, plus that early in the morning. Well, since she didn't want to eat anything, I had to walk her to a store nearby to get something..anything! Well, as we were walking out of the church, she started dry heaving!!! She was so hungry, and her stomach was probably hurting! Well, the only thing I could find was a Hershey's bar, and that ended up settling her stomach till lunch!
