I'm participating in a year long challenge, created by Carin at Forever In Blue Jeans. The goal is to be in one picture a week, for 52 weeks. Since us moms are always behind the camera, this gives us a chance to get out in front and be in the pictures with our family. That's awesome! I've only used the self timer a couple of times-one was when we were at the mountains and I wanted a family picture. It was difficult to get the levels right and centered so you could see all of us. :) You got a great result though!

You all look beautiful. I was trying to use the timer to take the pictures for our Christmas card. I figured it out OK but we took 50 pictures in an hour and with the bunch of us didn't get one shot with everyone looking! Maybe next year.

What a cute picture! I figured out how to use the self timer on my camera last summer...but I think I have forgotten how it works now! I guess I should figure that out before Christmas so we can take a family picture!

Yeah for self timers, that's how I got my shot this week too. You two are really adorable!
Sometimes those self timers can be tricky with the focus. Do you have a point and shoot or a SLR? If you have an SLR it sometimes helps to cover up the view finder.
You look great though. I wish I could remember to take a picture of myself. It really isn't something I think about.
