MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES!

After seeing all these cookies being baked on so many of your blogs, I got the itch to do homemade chocolate chip cookies too! This time, though, I added mint chips as well. I LOVE mint and chocolate chip together!

My three little ones were more than eager to help, and all I had to do was designate who was doing what. This way, it cuts down on all the fighting and whining.

I'm a copycat, and had to take a picture of some of the ingredients I was using (like everyone else does).

I used the good ole' Nestle Toll House Cookie mix on the bag plus my mint chips.

Yes, I know, I skipped a few steps, but here they are!!! They were all gone that night! And if you notice they are semi-flat. I need new baking soda! But, they were so good!

I am putting off my baking for a couple weeks, so that I can put off the eating. But those sure look good...

BTW, glad your daughter liked the wall decals.

We used to be able to find Nestle Mint Chocolate Chips but no more. The chips you have are...green?! Cool! I know some who use Andes mints.

Despite the fact that I avoid mint like the plague, the cookies look yummy. I was in the baking mood tonight, but didn't feel like going out to the store in the cold :)

Pretty bowls. I had a few cookies this weekend, but they didn't look anywhere near as delicious as your special mint ones!

What a great idea, thanks for sharing. I had chocolate chip cookies with cherry Kool-aid the other day, interesting combo but good and festive looking.

I love mint choc chip anything! :) If I can get all the ingredients together, I will try to make this.

Psst, I tagged you in a Christmas meme. Feel free to play along if you want. :)
