The other day, my husband picked up a pre-seasoned tri-tip at the grocery store. I was excited to make it, so I put it in my crock pot with carrots and celery. It was so good, and perfect for this cold, rainy weather!! I served organic salad, and steamed cauliflower on the side. Of course, we had the white rice, too!!

Would it be bad to have steak for breakfast? Looking so good...I could eat it now.
Why did I look at this right before I was about to cook myself a lousy frozen meal for dinner?
that looks delicious!!!! mmmm
You should open a restaurant! Seriously, that look delish. :)
I learned about tri tip a few years ago when a friend served it. Excellent! Apparently it is a cut of meat not normally found here. And now I have a craving for it. Thanks! (-;
