Thanks for the encouragement about the freezer - AH, it was a difficult day!
We are planning on starting school after Labor Day. Although, my 5 year old was begging to start school today. It was pretty cute. We will probably ease into it so as to not overwhelm ourselves. I've still got a lot of canning to do - so I'm hoping to get that wrapped up so I can switch gears. How about you?
