"I scream you scream, we all scream for ice cream!!"

I'm not exaggerating when I say that my kids literally look forward to the ice cream man (lady) driving down our block everyday. It's funny watching her slow down even more when she gets in front of our house, and my kids aren't even outside yet! It's like she can sense my kids getting ready to bust the door open! I can imagine how crazy my three youngest look running out of the house screaming, "STOPPP!!!" Yesterday was no different, so I thought I should take my camera out because I think this would be a great childhood memory for them!

Eli acquired one of my plastic containers to stash all his coins and dollars!

Yum! I remember the exhilaration of hearing the ice cream truck playing it's song as it drove through our neighborhood. Now that we live in the country - no ice cream truck! We've resorted to making our own homemade ice cream - YUM! Hope you have a great night! How is the school prep going? -Becky

How cute is that! I remember the "dairy truck" (that's what we called it, lol, go figure!) when I was little. We almost always had the same guy. He had the best ice cream - "Good Humour" ice cream. Great pics!

I remember the ice cream man coming down my block as a kid --- so fun!
They come once a in a great while down our neighborhood, the kids asked a few times to get something but I told them, ' why, your dad is the ice cream man!'
